For a long period, I was planning to get a home in Bangalore, and after looking, I came across this beautiful project, Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1.
When I visited the place, it was pretty cool; there were stunning views around and lush greenery the way I liked it. Having a home here would be amazing, I thought at first, but then I realized I needed to ensure that my partner would love it.
As I recently got married, I was looking for a proper home in Bangalore, and this place was the perfect location for both of us. We were investing a hefty amount for a room here. I was investing ₹1.68 Crores to ₹2.58 Crores for a 2BHK here where me and my partner could live freely.
First, when we thought of getting a home, we had multiple expectations, and we wanted a place away from the crowd to live peacefully. We were searching for a position with greenery, and when we woke up, we could see a beautiful view from our gallery.
This place had all the magic and things we were looking for. The site was Opposite Sumadhura Aspire Amber, Doddabanaghalli, and Whitefield Bangalore, and the project side was 4.5 acres; there were 2 Buildings totaling 272 units starting from ₹1.68 Crores – ₹2.58 Crores. Having a place in this beautiful city was something I had planned before the marriage, and as I had my savings, I was all set to get a home here with my partner.
How We Got This Place at Sumadhura Sarang Ph 1
For two weeks straight, we were looking for apartments online. We wanted something stylish with a beautiful view, good amenities, and proximity to the IT hub. We were getting all of the things here, and the place was pretty Close to Commercial zones.
The site had this luxurious beauty, and we were about to experience Luxurious space for the first time. I’ve spent an unhealthy amount of time learning how I want my home to be, and this place here was just perfect. It was done by renowned in the field, and as it was in process, I could suggest changes to give it a personalized touch.
I wanted the interior to look good, and for that, I needed to ensure that I got the right size to fit things in. My wife didn’t want to compromise on the view, so we took an excellent place to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Bangalore has many beautiful places, and being here, I wanted to explore all the best locations and spend time with my partner there. Being in Whitefield, we can travel to Bangalore and visit some beautiful places here.
The best part about the place is its luxurious room with suitable space. As we live in a 1BHK now, we’ll move to two with more freedom. I’m planning to get my parents here so they can be here with me. Having this beautiful place wasn’t just enough. We need to take a look at the amenities to ensure that we’re getting value for our investment.

When we looked at the layout, we were impressed by the space and the room. There were modern amenities offered here, which made this place beautiful and convenient for us.

Starting up, we got total security and a lift accessible to all the rooms. I have safety concerns, and having good security is something that I need. There’s a power backup to ensure member’s convenience.

For people to enjoy, there’s a clubhouse where people can come together and have fun. There’s a proper children’s play area where kids can have all the fun.
3. Swimming pool and Tennis court
I love swimming, and this place has a perfect swimming pool here. There’s also a Tennis court where I can play tennis with my friends.
4. Visitor parking and Party area
Parking is a must-have element in apartments these days and having visitor parking will be convenient for my guests so they can park their cars whenever they come over. There’s a party area for people who love to party.
5. Common garden And Park
I love green places, and having a garden and park would be excellent for our morning and evening strolls.
6. Indoor Games and Gym
What’s life without fitness? Having a Gym here was the only service I was looking for, and as they have a Gym, it will be perfect for me to work out. Multiple indoor games are available here where I can easily play carrom or chess whenever possible.
The place is Vastu compliant, and the project size is immense, which makes the overall area spacious. This place was perfect for our investment, and we’ll soon be moving here. While looking for a home, I came across various sites but didn’t like any, and after I checked no broker’s verified property listings, I got this place.
