Instructions to make Soondae
First you need to make the sweet rice. Start by taking a bowl and filling it with the rice and washing it with water. Then soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. Now take the rice cooker and put the soaked rice after draining it with three and half cups of water. Let it cook for 45 minutes.
